Aircraft Detailing Specialist

We’re hiring Aircraft Detailing Specialists to perform interior and exterior appearance work on private and fleet aircraft at FBOs and private hangars. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work and is comfortable around high-value assets.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior detailing — leather conditioning, fabric care, deep extraction, full-cabin cleaning
- Perform exterior work — dry and wet washing, brightwork polishing, deice boot care, landing gear cleaning
- Apply paint protection treatments under supervision — waxing, sealants, ceramic coating prep
- Follow OEM-approved product procedures and aircraft-specific safety practices
- Complete post-service QC checklists before sign-off
- Work safely around sensitive avionics, seals, and finishes
- Coordinate with FBO staff and flight departments to meet aircraft availability windows
Requirements
- Prior detailing experience — aviation, marine, or high-end automotive
- Comfortable working around aircraft and following ramp-side safety procedures
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow documented processes
- Ability to lift equipment, work on ladders, and stand for extended shifts
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability — work follows aircraft schedules
- Eligible to pass FBO and airport-required background checks
