Exterior Aircraft Detailing Specialist

We’re hiring Exterior Aircraft Detailing Specialists to keep private and fleet aircraft looking their best on the outside. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work and is comfortable working around high-value aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior washing using approved dry and wet wash methods
- Polish brightwork and metal surfaces to a consistent finish
- Prep and apply paint protection treatments, including waxes, sealants, and coatings
- Clean landing gear, deice boots, and other exterior components per documented procedures
- Follow product and safety practices specific to each aircraft type
- Complete post-service quality checklists before sign-off
- Coordinate with on-site staff to work within aircraft availability windows
Requirements
- Prior detailing experience in aviation, marine, or high-end automotive work
- Comfortable working around aircraft and following ramp-side safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow documented processes
- Able to lift equipment, work on ladders and lifts, and stand for extended shifts
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, since work follows aircraft schedules
- Eligible to pass FBO and airport-required background checks
