Interior Aircraft Detailing Specialist

We’re hiring Interior Aircraft Detailing Specialists to care for the cabins of private and fleet aircraft. This is a detail-oriented role for someone who understands that the inside of an aircraft is where passengers spend their time, and it has to be flawless.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cabin cleanings, from cockpit to lavatory
- Condition and protect leather seating and trim
- Care for carpets, fabrics, and headliners, including deep extraction when needed
- Clean and sanitize galleys, lavatories, and high-touch surfaces
- Work carefully around avionics, screens, and sensitive cabin finishes
- Restock onboard amenities where included in the customer program
- Complete post-service quality checklists before sign-off
Requirements
- Prior detailing experience in aviation, marine, or high-end automotive work
- Comfortable working in tight cabin spaces with care and patience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow documented processes
- Able to lift equipment and work on your feet for extended shifts
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, since work follows aircraft schedules
- Eligible to pass FBO and airport-required background checks
