Ramp-Side Crew Lead

We’re looking for a Ramp-Side Crew Lead to run on-site detailing teams at FBO locations. You’ll coordinate the day-to-day execution of scheduled appearance programs and quick-turn cleanings between flights, and own quality on every aircraft your crew touches.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small crew of detailing specialists through scheduled and on-demand jobs
- Plan the daily workflow against aircraft availability and FBO ramp logistics
- Run quick-turn cabin and exterior cleanings between flights for fleet and flight department customers
- Own the post-service QC checklist — final walkthrough before aircraft is released
- Train and onboard new specialists on aircraft-specific products and safe procedures
- Manage onboard supplies and amenity stocking where included in the customer program
- Be the on-site point of contact for FBO staff, pilots, and flight department customers
Requirements
- Prior detailing experience with at least some time in a lead or supervisory role
- Direct experience working around aircraft, or transferable experience from a comparable environment (marine, high-end automotive, ramp operations)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to enforce a documented QC process
- Comfortable coordinating people, schedules, and last-minute changes
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability around aircraft schedules
- Eligible to pass FBO and airport-required background checks
